Zero Overdrive is perverted romance comedy comic created by Andeh Pinkard(the goddamn panty brigade). Zero Overdrive follows the  misadventures of Zero Overdrive, a guy trying to find the girl who gave him a promise ring in his youth, while running the best arcade-bar in the city.

In 2011, Zero Overdrive took an extensive hiatus due to problems in Andeh’s  home life.  Now just a little over a year later, and all issues resolved Andeh Pinkard returns with the conclusion of the first chapter of  Zzero overdrive by andeh pinkardero Overdrive, with the adventures of Zero and friends continuing past that.

This is the beginning of comics love

I love all kinds of webcomics. but to me the ones that get ignored the most are the manga/anime-inspired/influenced ones. mainly cuz a lot of people lump them all together under narutard, sailordramoon and DBZhell. but there’s soo many that deserve to be shared.

that’s where I come in. I’m putting together a digital magazine (name to be determined still) a magazine that is dedicated to reviewing , featuring and sharing  such web comics and digital comics. also i hope to expand it a bit maybe cover things that are anime/manga inspired but not necessarily web comics. maybe games, movies , music. w/e it’d be cool to have a monthly hot geek babe too but well see if I can pull that off.

and I’m looking for some writers/staff.

I plan on sharing this for free. so I cant really pay anyone.  this is more of me giving to the community. a place where we can reach out and be like “hey I have this manga kinda comic take a look!” so of course i cant really pay any one. but if we ever decide to make this something profitable I’d gladly share profits. since I’m not looking to  become rich or anything.

Female comic readers, i’m sorry >_>

SO let’s talk for a second. I under stand that some girls feel the need to force their ideas of strict dress code in a super hero world. I understand they don’t want to be objectified. that’s fine, But lets take a step back. saw someone complain about starfire’s DCnU out fit because OMG it’s so different than the cartoon. and she doesn’t even act like her! yeah and cartoon robin never acted like robin SFW?

Ladies, i hear your yells of injustice. they do not go unheard. but lets face it super hero out fits aren’t meant to be practical. well out side of power armor types and bat man.

look at super man? how is that flimsy old out fit practical? how is wearing a mask like spidey’s practical wouldn’t you hardly be able to see through it? how are wolverine’s cowl practical? cuz a cowl that is the same shape as your hair is such a great way to hide your identity.

Yeah its super hero comics. its bright colors, flashy out fits and its passive aggressive sexuality. Wether we wanna accept it or not we didn’t buy our first comic cuz the story was epic. we bought it cuz it was a form of eye candy, wether it be flashy suits, bright colors or bad ass fight scenes.

 

Stop pissing in the kool-aid. there’s nothing really wrong with the flavor, it’s just what you do to enjoy the flavor that ruins it. if you’re gonna gripe about every factor you dislike. there will be nothing left you enjoy.
